The Treysta Group, based out of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, is a multi–faceted firm that specializes in hospitality-based businesses from restaurants to housing to food halls. Restaurant development - Owners and developers tap our team to identify, select and engage well known, high-quality chefs or restaurant partners that will be a project differentiator and driver for foot traffic, surrounding retail/office rents, and occupancy. We engage from initial financial analysis to local market due-diligence to chef procurement to the final deal structuring and underwriting. 


Construction specification and bidding - We set project goals and budgets for a building, focusing on the specific needs of the development. We also develop project specification and approval of architectural drawings and specifications. 


Community approvals – We have worked in numerous regions to generate interest from the local officials and residents to help build support for the projects

Middleton Market:

The Middleton Market project is a new proposed mixed use development in Middleton, WI. Anchoring the project will be a European-style Food Hall and Market The Market will feature a series of stalls and shops offering high quality, chef-driven prepared foods, make at home food supplies and other related products with a wide range of diversity. In addition, the project will provide one, two and three bedroom apartments featuring smart home and sustainable features including intuitive touch-screen dashboard for the home controls, solar photovoltaic and rain water harvesting.

Treysta on the Water:

Treysta on the Water is a mixed use multifamily class A green development located in the City of Monona . The project took an old abandoned trailer home site and former gas station and transformed it into a community destination featuring 124 modern apartments, a destination restaurant, retail, public docks, boardwalk and more. In addition, Treysta Group worked with the city to support the revamping of Lottes Park, adjacent to the site, creating one of the premier destinations in the area. It is a Green Built Homes and Clean Clear Water certified project.

Robin Pharo is the founder and President of the Company of Treysta Group, LLC and Healthy Home Reports, LLC. She is also the former Director of the Green Built Home Program, a program of the Wisconsin Environmental Initiate that supports voluntary Green Building programs for single and multi-family homes. She also assisted the National Association of Home Builders (“NAHB”) in its rollout of the National Green Certification program as a member of their local homebuilder association working group. She is also recognized by the NAHB Research Center in Washington, D.C., as a trainer for the program.

Ms. Pharo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and educational certificates from organizations working in improving the environment, including the Department of Energy, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the NAHB.
