The Treysta Group has provide development or consulting on over 20 projects in the Midwest. Depending on the project and client, we have done the following work:
Construction specification and bidding – we have set project goals and budgets for a building, focusing on the specific needs of the development. We also develop project specification and approval of architectural drawings and specifications.
Construction Quality Management - our work includes on-site oversight and inspections to ensure project is being built to the establish specifications
Project approval process – community approvals including urban design, Planned Unit Developments (PUD) and planning commission approvals
Community approvals – work in numerous regions to generate interest from the local officials and residents to help build support for the projects
Project funding – our work has included HUD-financing, bridge-funding, Tax Incremental Financing, Community Block Grants, Economic Development Grants and USDA
Energy Efficiency – we served as the liaison for the Focus on Energy program in order to specify the most cost effective building selections (lighting, appliances, etc). We also implement tax credits and other federal funding, maximize the amount of grants while minimizing the capital costs for the projects.
